Puerto-Rico Birth Certificates Update


New Law:
Everyone born in Puerto Rico before July 1, 2010 will need a new birth certificate, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 30, 2010. (Extended from September 30) If you have a birth certificate from Puerto Rico you will need to apply for a new one either online or by mail. The application is available in both Spanish and English.
