On Tuesday, November 17, 2009, Governor Deval Patrick unveiled the New Americans Agenda (NAA) at MIRA's annual Thanksgiving Luncheon. With 131 recommendations, the NAA is the most comprehensive immigrant-integration agenda produced in the nation. The Governor is now engaging state offices in a 90-day review of its recommendations, which were produced by the Governor's Advisory Council for Refugees and Immigrants, in collaboration with the Office of Refugees and Immigrants and MIRA.
